Ingredients
- 200 g smoked turkey
- 280 g Lebanese Pita Bread, small
- 180 g ketchup
- 2 tbsp oregano, dry
- 250 g light cheese, grated
- 1 egg, for the spread

Execution
Preheat the oven to 180°C in the air.
Cut the turkey into thin strips and set aside.
Spread the Pita Bread on the workbench and spread the ketchup.
Divide the oregano, cheese and turkey.
With a pastry brush, spread water around the perimeter of the Pita Breads and close the middle. Press to make sure they stick well. Continue the same process for the remaining ingredients.
Transfer to baking pans with parchment paper and brush with the egg. Bake for 10 minutes.
Serve with oregano.
