Greek Tacos with Bean Beads

Ιngredients
- 600 gr. Beads Beans
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 onion
- 1 cl. garlic
- 1 red pepper
- 1 green pepper
- 1 tbsp Bukovo
- salt
- pepper
- 1 pinch of granulated sugar
- 100 gr. BBQ sauce
- 500 gr. Lebanese Pita Bread, small
- 200 gr. cheddar, grated
- 200 gr. yoghurt
- 200 gr. yogurt str 1/4 bunch of fresh coriander
For serving

- chili pepper

Execution
In a pot of boiling water, put the beans and boil for 30 minutes.
Strain and set aside to cool.
Preheat the oven to 180°C in the air.
Cut the onion into small pieces, the garlic into slices and the peppers into thin strips and put them in the pan. Add the bukovo, salt, pepper, sugar, beans and saute for 2-3 minutes to caramelize the vegetables.
Add the bbq sauce, mix and remove from the heat.
Alternatively, add half the cheese to the pan and stir to melt.
Fill the rest of the Pita Breads, divide the yogurt and coriander and serve raw.
Serve with olive oil and chopped chili pepper.
