Ingredients
- 280 g Lebanese Pita Breads, small
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- salt
- pepper
- 1 tsp paprika, smoked
- 150 g feta cheese, soft
- 150 g cream cheese
- 2 tablespoons of breadcrumbs, grated
- 60 g cranberries
- 1 tbsp of thyme
- 30 g balsamic cream, with figs
- 60 g Aegina pistachios
For serving
- chestnuts, boiled
- figs, dried
- apricots, dried
- prunes, dried
- Pomegranate

Execution
Preheat the oven to 170o C in the air.
Cut the Pita Breads into triangular pieces and spread them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Drizzle with olive oil, add salt, pepper and paprika.
Stir and bake for 15 minutes until crispy.
Remove and set aside to cool.
In a bowl, add the feta cheese and press it with a fork to break it up.
Add the cream cheese and mix. Add the breadcrumbs, cranberries, thyme, pepper, balsamic cream and mix well.
Spread some oil on your hands to help you manage the cheese mixture. Make the whole mixture into a ball and add it to the bowl with the pistachio nuts.
Make sure to cover the entire surface of the cheese ball and serve with chestnuts, figs, apricots, plums, pomegranate and baked pies.
